Vecna’s Patient Information Exchange platform allows patients to pay bills online through any web-enabled device, including tablets and phones, as well as through onsite self-service registration kiosks. Of those patients who access the Patient Information Exchange, Vecna’s customers have seen 85% make payments on past due balances. In addition, the Patient Information Exchange gives patients the ability to update demographics information including those required for Meaningful Use, as well as mailing addresses and contact information.
