Vecna Medical to exhibit QC PathFinder® infection surveillance solution at the APIC Illinois HAI Conference 2011

CAMBRIDGE, MA — Vecna Medical will demonstrate the latest version of QC Pathfinder infection control and surveillance software next month at the APIC Illinois HAI Conference 2011. QC PathFinder® is the industry's leading infection surveillance software that automatically alerts infection preventionists (IPs) of healthcare–associated infections (HAIs) and enables them to monitor, analyze and report HAIs more effectively, and enables direct submission of HAIs, CLIP, and LabID directly to NHSN. The software also allows IPs to track antimicrobial resistance trends in their facilities in order to better manage their formulary.

The APIC Illinois HAI Conference is sponsored by APIC Chicago and APIC Central Illinois chapters of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control (APIC). The conference will take place from October 27th to 28th, 2011 at the Hilton Lisle/Naperville in Lisle, IL.
