What is ERM and how is it good for my organization?
Enterprise resource management, ERM, also called enterprise resource planning, links your entire organization into one, interoperable interface to provide coherency and consistency to your operations. While GoalMind offers a full utility suite to accommodate the biggest needs, our modifiable-off-the-shelf (MOTS) design means that if you only require Time and Attendance, or Project Management, GoalMind can be immediately scaled to your needs. The same design also means that as you grow or wish to update more systems, one module can be readily expanded to two, or three, or five modules, always making sure that your needs are met. What is IDEA?
IDEA stands for Integrated Data Exchange Agent, our specialized tool that intimately interfaces GoalMind with your legacy systems and databases. Using IDEA, your old data can be accessed and read through GoalMind, while your pre-existing hardware can be readily configured to operate GoalMind, saving you from costly hardware purchases. Rather than conforming your practices to GoalMind's priorities, we seek to utilize your resources and enhance their longevity.
