| QC PathFinder Receives
Partners Certification for Use at Boston Hospital College Park, MD, Jun 16, 2005 - Vecna Technologies, Inc. announced today that QC PathFinder, Vecna's automated infection control surveillance tool, recently received certification as a Partners application. Partners hospitals are premier among the nation in biomedical research and are major teaching affiliates of Harvard Medical School. "With this certification, QC Pathfinder is able to play a critical role for improved health standards as well as reduce hospital-spread infections," said Deborah Theobald, CEO of Vecna. "QC Pathfinder has the ability to monitor trends that could signify outbreaks of key infections and their antibiotic resistance patterns in real-time.
