Vecna goes public, those profit sharing shares would be converted to

Vecna pays 100% of health care coverage which includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans so our employees can enjoy a full quality of life now, and a 401K plan so they can continue that quality of life in the future. Profit SharingVecna, Inc. believes that employees should be rewarded for the companys success. Therefore, Vecna offers an extremely aggressive profit sharing program for its employees. Currently approximately 40% of the company's net profit is distributed directly to employees through the profit sharing program. Profit distribution occurs on June 15th and December 15th each year. The program works on the principal of internal "points". Distribution is based on the following formula:
Performance - evaluated by four groups: management, peer, client, and self.

MedicalVecna has partnered with Fidelity Insurance Group and Hirsch Financial Services to provide a generous and comprehensive medical plan and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). Vecna has elected to pay 100% of the family premium for PPO family medical, prescription, and vision. The HRA account, which is also fully funded by Vecna, also covers any copays and most other patient medical, dental, vision, or prescription expenses.
