Referral procedure
To collect your $4,000 referral bonus, you must adhere to this procedure:
- Call or email HR to refer the candidate before the candidate applies. Include the full name of the referrer and the referred.
- Receive your referral code. The number will be given only once. It is the referrer's responsibility to save this number; the bonus cannot be claimed without the referral code.
- Referred candidate applies and includes the referral code in his/her cover letter.
- Follow up with candidate and HR after six months of the referred candidate's employment at Vecna. Referrer follows up with HR and presents the referral code.
- Receive $4,000. Non-employee referrers will receive a check for $4,000; Vecna employees will receive a $4,000 bonus added to the next pay check.
