It is our policy to pay our employees to spend up to 10% of their work time doing community service, and we encourage (but not require) them to do so.

Vecna is a private, self-funded corporation that has no debt and maintains several months of operating expenses in liquid assets. We live by a simple rule that provides great security for the whole team: "Spend Less Than You Earn." We are effective in keeping costs down and profit margins up, an approach which benefits everyone on the team through our profit sharing program.
